1. Acceptance of terms
By buying a toolkit, enrolling in a program, joining the membership, registering for a workshop, or using this site, you agree to these terms. They form a binding agreement between you and This Uncommon Life LLC. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not purchase or register.
2. Enrollment and accounts
2.1 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register or purchase.
2.2 You are responsible for keeping your account details, including your username and password, confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.
2.3 Applications to Plan A are reviewed individually. We may decline an application, and we are not required to give a reason.
3. Payment and fees
3.1 Prices are shown on the website or in written communication from us. Payment in full, or an approved installment plan, is required before you receive access.
3.2 We may change our prices at any time. Changes never affect a purchase you have already completed.
3.3 Payments are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
3.4 If an installment fails and is not resolved within 10 days, we may suspend access until the account is current.
4. Course content and license
4.1 All materials, including toolkits, worksheets, templates, recordings, and written content, are the intellectual property of This Uncommon Life LLC and are protected by copyright.
4.2 You may not distribute, reproduce, resell, publish, or use our materials for commercial purposes without our express written consent. You may use everything you buy inside your own business as much as you like.
4.3 Access to digital materials is granted for your lifetime unless stated otherwise at purchase. Membership access lasts as long as your membership does.
5. Conduct
5.1 We expect professional behavior toward staff and toward other participants in every shared space we run.
5.2 Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
5.3 Do not record, screenshot, or republish other participants’ contributions from live sessions or community spaces without their permission.
6. Changes to programs
We may modify, reschedule, suspend, or discontinue any program, workshop, or toolkit. If we cancel something you have paid for and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, we refund it under our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Our materials and services are provided as is. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. See our Legal Disclaimer for more.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, including lost income or lost business opportunity.
9. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
