Almost every program in this category starts at “you have an idea” and teaches you how to execute it. That is useless if you are still holding 4 half formed directions, and it is worse than useless if you picked one because it sounded interesting rather than because somebody was already paying for it.
You have a list. Consulting, a course, a productized service, the thing your old colleagues keep asking you about. Every one of them is plausible, which is exactly the problem, and you have been circling for months because there is no honest way to rank them.
You know you want out. You have 15 years of hard won judgment. You just cannot name the thing you would sell, and every list of business ideas on the internet is written for somebody who is not you and attached to nobody in particular.
Both of those are the same problem. The idea does not come off a list. It gets derived from what you have already been paid to do, and then tested against a market before you bet a year of your life on it. That is the whole session.
Not a framework to go away and apply. You do the work during the session, on your own history, and you leave with an answer you arrived at yourself.
Your strongest directions are already inside the work you have done. We go and get them, so you are not choosing from a list of businesses that belong to somebody else.
